Simple present

Utilizamos el presente simple para hablar sobre rutinas o actividades que se


repiten más de una vez sin importar la frecuencia.

STRUCTURE:

Affirmative sentences: subject + verb + complement

I eat breakfast early.

You eat breakfast early.

We eat breakfast early.

They eat breakfast early.

3rd person singular rule:

Cuando hablamos sobre una tercera persona en singular debemos agregar una
“s” estas personas son: he/she/it

He eats breakfast early.

She goes to school in the morning.

It opens at 10:00.

Negative sentences: subject + don´t/ doesn´t + verb + complement

En negativos usamos “don´t” para I, You, We, They y “doesn´t” para he/she/it.

I don´t study in the morning.

You don´t talk a lot in the morning.

We don´t read the newspaper.

They don´t drive to class.

She doesn’t listen to music.

He doesn’t like mornings.
