1.- The legal area does activities of control and all of kinds legal problems solutions,

2.- I work in the corporate area of the company, my responsibility is generate contracts for many
areas, control of corporations scriptures, recovery of company products in sinister.

3.- The legal department is in charge of a legal director.

4.- I report to the corporate area that is in charge of a manager.

5.- We have contact with all areas of the company, marketing, finance, purchasing, sales and
more, because we provide legal solutions for the company.

Mi área de responsabilidad o funciones dentro de la empresa son administrativas, como conseguir

proveedores para establecer relaciones comerciales, atender y solucionar todo tipo de problemas
legales y laborales que se generen dentro de la empresa, además de coordinar nuestras áreas de
ventas y marketing que tienen una función muy importante para nuestra empresa, que es
encontrar un mercado para la venta de nuestros productos terminados a futuros clientes.

Para todo eso necesitamos reclutar personal capacitado a través de nuestra área de recursos
humanos.

My area of responsibility or functions within the company are administrative, how as getting
suppliers to establish business relationships, attend and solve all kinds of legal and labor problems
that are generated within the company, in addition to coordinating our sales and marketing areas
that have a very important function for our company, which is to find a market for the sale of our
finished products to future customers.

For all this we need to hire trained personnel through our human resources area.

responsibility is to fill the job vacancies available within the company and its subsidiaries,
the job is very difficult due to the size of the company
