AFFIDAVIT OF WILLINGNESS TO BE AUDITED

I, Robert Carlite Rubrico, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Sariling Atin
Subdivision, Purok Summer Snow, Brgy. Buenaflor, Tacurong City, after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

I am one of the incorporators/trustees of Abot-Kayang Pabahay, Inc., which is in

process of registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission;

That I, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the corporation, hereby manifest

its willingness to be audited by the Commission upon its Order and Authority for the
purpose of determining compliance of the corporation with existing laws and regulations;
