To Whom It May Concern,

As an experienced English teacher, I am eager to apply my preexisting language and teaching

skills, as well as to absorb the skills and experiences that I have not obtained by applying for
this position. Knowing that Balai Bahasa Indonesia Perth has opened Language Assistant
Program in Western Australia this year is pleasant information for me.

Since January this year, I have been a junior high school teacher. Other than that, I have also
been teaching English to junior-high-school-aged children since 2018. I highly believe that
anyone should not hesitate to express themselves as long as it is for an acceptable cause. Ever
since I stepped up in front of my students, I have always encouraged them to speak up and to
be brave, and that making mistakes is normal. Therefore, they should not be afraid of it,
consequently, the method manages to aid them to speak up more, yet when it fails, I try it at
the next meeting. Teachers should not give up on their students after all.

As a side project, I also establish a Telegram group to learn English in which I keep
providing materials and topics to talk about. I also plan to start a YouTube channel to satisfy
my passion for teaching English, while also providing lessons for others to learn, as well as
inspiring them to share their knowledge.
