to the Cooperation Agreement No. _/2019
on Override Program

This Annex to the Cooperation Agreement No. _/2019 serves as a formal additional agreement on
Override Program between ______________ and the Partner.

______________ undertakes to increase reservations and net revenue of Partner’s company on the
following conditions:

Conditions

1. In case if achievement will be from 0-100 reservations, the Partner will be

obliged to pay off 0 % of the total net revenue to ______________. This amount
will be paid at 31 December 2019.

2. In case if achievement will be from 101-500 reservations, the Partner will be

obliged to pay off 0,0 % of the total net revenue to ______________. This
amount will be paid at 31 December 2019.

3. In case if achievement will be from 501-1000 reservations, the Partner will be

obliged to pay off 0,0 % of the total net revenue to ______________. This
amount will be paid at 31 December 2019.
 4. In case if achievement will be from 1000+ reservations, the Partner will be
obliged to pay off 0,5 % of the total net revenue to ______________. This
amount will be paid at 31 December 2019.

Explanation of the conditions:

1. Net revenue is the net price that the Partner will give ______________ per
booking. This is not the selling price of the booking.

2. Reservations are the valid reservations that have been serviced by the Partner.
Those will be determined with a summary of the Reports that will be provided
by the Partner at the end of December each year.

Term
This Annex is an integral part of the contract and become effective on 1 January 2019 and will
continue in effect until 31 December 2019. This Annex will be terminated on the date specified above
unless this term is extended in writing in advance between the Parties.
