Before obtaining products or services electronically, you must read and indicate your acceptance of the terms outlined below.
In this consent "we", "us", "our", and "Wells Fargo" are used to refer to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and its current and future
affiliates whose account(s) and/or service(s) are obtained through wellsfargo.com.

1. All of the disclosures being provided to you may, at Wells Fargo's sole discretion, be in electronic form and you will be able
to review them online, in addition to downloading and/or printing them. Disclosures provided in electronic form will not
be distributed in paper unless you request a paper version. For deposit accounts, in those instances where you request a
paper version of the Account Agreement, Fee and Information Schedule, Addenda, and/or Privacy Policy, the paper
version will be mailed to you at no cost.
2. Your consent covers all of your transactions relating to the product or service that you agree to obtain electronically.
3. After you have read and indicated your consent to receive all disclosures in electronic form, you have the right to withdraw
your consent at any time, at no cost to you. In order to apply online for a deposit account, you must consent to receive
these disclosures electronically. If you declined to receive your disclosures electronically, you may call Online Customer
Service to apply for a deposit account at 1-800-956-4442. Terminating this online session prior to completing and
submitting your application will automatically withdraw your consent to receive these disclosures electronically.
4. If you wish to withdraw your consent, you must contact Online Customer Service at 1-800-956-4442.
5. In order to ensure that we are able to provide you with important notices and other information from time to time, you
must update us with any change in email address. You may change the email address on record for you by going to the Site
Map page under "Self Service" within your secure Online Banking session and clicking "Add/Change Email Address" or by
calling Online Customer Service at 1-800-956-4442.
6. The following link includes the hardware and software requirements for access to and retention of the information being

7. Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® (version 5.0 or later) is required to access or retain the information being provided to you in
electronic form. By consenting to receive your disclosures online, you will also be verifying that you have the software that
is required to view the disclosures.

If a change in hardware or software requirements is needed to access or retain information being provided to you in electronic
form, we will alert you of any revised hardware or software requirements for such access or retention. You will have the right to
withdraw your consent at that time, at no cost to you.
