• Please keep your mobile network selection always on
manual mode.
• For customers on our postpaid plans, make sure roaming
service is enabled on your Postpaid line by contacting our
customer care team on social media or calling 959.
• For customers on our prepaid plans, roaming services are
available for all prepaid lines. (except Noor package)
