Attached here is the QR Code for the ChEin Reaction 2019. Follow the instructions below to
download all the files needed for the registration.

STEP 1: Download a QR Scanner App in Google Play Store or Play Store in your device.

STEP 2: Scan the QR code below and it will redirect you to a google drive link.

STEP 3: In the google drive link, you will see a file named, "ChEin Reaction 2019.zip". Click
the file to download.

STEP 4: Unzip the file in your file manager. You will see the Invitation, Official Registration
Forms, Contests' Rules and Mechanics, E- Registration Forms and the Event's Primer.

STEP 5: Kindly fill- up the registration form of the contest in which you will join. After the
registration forms are filled up, you are requested to send the scanned copy of the registration
form as well as the photos of each group member and the coach. You may send it through our
email, pichejcb.cheinreaction2019@gmail.com. Also, you are required to fill up the E-
Registration Forms for the official records of the participants. You may access the links on the
file named, “Google Forms”
