seniors came out for an early dinner. Unfortunately it was during happy hour and it
is very loud at the Kona Grill during happy hour. It was very difficult to have a
conversation at our table. Next time well come earlier for lunch. We did enjoy the

reserved a high top table. But when we got there they said those were only in the
bar and cant be reserved. So why is it an option on Open Table?So we waited 10
minutes for a booth. They sat us and then told us that since we had a reservation
they wouldnt honor the happy hour prices (which are now available throughout the
restaurant and not just the bar) something they could have said BEFORE we
waited.Well they ultimately honored both the reservation and happy hour prices for
us. But given the grief we got it wasnt a great experience.The food was OK. I had a
roll with fried sea bass and I think the fish had been dead for a week...really bad
taste. Their Cheeseburger Sliders are a meal in itself.They seem to be trying to
figure out their happy hour. One Sunday it was only in the bar...but after we
waited 10 minutes they put us in the restaurant and gave us happy hour menus...and
honored our open table reservation. The next week it was only in the bar and at the
sushi bar. The next week it was throughout the restaurant. This week it was
