Résumé
Ce mémoire reprend une des étapes les plus importantes dans le déploiement d’un réseau
mobile LTE : la planification du réseau d’accès. Le premier chapitre de ce document aborde
les différentes générations et normes qui ont façonné le monde de la téléphonie mobile, quant
au deuxième chapitre il est axé sur le processus de la planification du réseau d’accès LTE
ainsi que toutes les étapes qui la définissent ; pour enfin finir sur un troisième chapitre qui
reprend le processus de planification du réseau d’accès dans son approche pratique, où un cas
réel de planification est traité.
Ce document se termine avec une conclusion qui résume brièvement les différents chapitres,
le travail accompli, ses perspectives ainsi que les difficultés rencontrées.

Abstract
This report resumes one of the most important stages in the deployment of a mobile network
LTE: the planning of the network of access. The first chapter of this document approaches the
various generations and the standards which shaped the world of the mobile telephony, as for
the second chapter it is centered on the process of the planning of the network of access LTE
as well as all the stages which define it; to finish finally on the third chapter which takes back
the process of planning of the network of access in its practical approach, where a real case of
planning is treated.
This document ends with a conclusion which summarizes briefly the various chapters, the
accomplished work, its perspectives as well as the met difficulties.
