Identifying any self-sabotaging limitations is great, but not enough. What course of action
will you take to avoid those pitfalls? Do you need to change your thinking? Improve a
skill? A different course of action?

thoughts on how you are going to work on this weakness. This can be a challenging
exercise so keep in mind that self-analysis and acceptance of current reality is a common
trait amongst great leaders.
