reading of an extractfrom a piece of comrnunication.

the extract twice- You may make notes while you listen to the readings.

Fitully, I wiV give yoa 20 minutes to respond, in writing, to the questions. I will now di :ribute
the question papers and then till you when to begin reading the questions.

You now have Jive minutes to read through the questions, silent$. I wiu telt you when
minutes are up. Begin to read silently.
