3. 1. After conducting a broad range of experiments, the scientists have

confirmed the results of the tests that some harmful gases can be absorbed by skin
and even low concentration of them could be dangerous for life.

should concentrate total efforts and resources for adopting deterrent causes for
would-be offenders and passing tougher laws for criminal offenders.
