I. Description of your Concept

The travel agent industry has been quite varied, and has changed

considerably over the years. It’s very interesting to see how travel agencies

have evolved over the years - with the very first modern travel agency

appearing in the 19th century. This may seem to be a long time ago, but it

actually isn’t. Most people forget the travel agent industry is still relatively

new and modern, despite starting back in the 1900’s.

Since transportation become more accessible to the public that really

helped boost travelling. Of course, for the most part in the beginning, travel

agents were largely used by middle and upper class consumers who did

have a lot of money to spend on vacations. Most of the lower class families

couldn’t afford to travel through a travel agent.

Once this happened, most travel agents were catering for working class

families, and as time passes by travel agency has been in demand in all

type of consumers even students and low class family can travel without

worrying to much because travel agency provides affordable but good

quality holidays. Since this Pandemic Traveling has changed a lot. We

cannot easily go and travel other places that is why this Travel Agency will

be focusing based on Local Tours and Insight here in the South Province

Area via Land Tour Arrangements. It focusses on their local communities

and helps the local to promote their own tourism support of local guides,

they offer an authentic insight into the culture of the destination and at the

Therefore, they encourage the collaboration with regional communities and

visit local families, markets and social projects to gain a better

understanding of South Province Area cultures. Providing the best

experience and best travels for each and every Clients. It also gives

customize tours for the client and giving what they need from standard up

to a luxurious one. This might help to collaborate with the clients and give

them the best experience upon their travels. Travelling with the clients is

also one of the edge of this agency to provide much better service and

experience what they are experiencing by this not only the physical and also

the emotional satisfaction for the client. This will be a big challenge to start

up during this session since we are all in the midst of Pandemic but by

The complexity of choosing the business name is important since it is the

face of your business it should be more attractive and eye catchy for your

target market. The company name is simply based on the owners first name

which is relatively more simple and it can easily remember.

It began with a dream and a passion for travel. Since I was a child I always

love to travel and wonder the wanders of our mother nature. Combining a

The Location of this Business is in Sariaya, Quezon Province wherein it is

the hometown of the owner. Sariaya is a municipality in the Second District

of Quezon province, located 120 kilometers south of the National Capital

Region where the country's capital of Manila is situated. It is the third town

of Quezon province that can be reached via the South Luzon Expressway

and the Maharlika Highway, and is approximately 12 kilometers northwest

from the highly urbanized city of Lucena. It is bordered by Tayabas City on

north-east side, the city of Lucena on its southeast, the municipality of

Candelaria on its west, and the town of San Juan in Batangas on its south-

west. Mount Banahaw flanks it on the north and Tayabas Bay on the south

side, and as such has the geographical distinction of being "The only Mount

Banahaw town in Laguna and Quezon provinces with a sea coast.

Sariaya has a total land area of 24,530 hectares, composed of 43

barangays. Six of them are urban located at the Poblacion, while one is

classified as sub-urban and six are coastal barangays where most of the

more popular beach resorts in Quezon. The beach resorts with their gently

sloping coastlines cater to the vast number of tourists coming from Metro

Manila and nearby CALABARZON provinces who look for more affordable

options other than Boracay and Puerto Galera during the hot summer

months.

Sariaya is the unofficial heritage town of Quezon, with its very rich history

and local heritage endowments, summed up by its four town site transfers

from the shoreline of Tayabas Bay to its present geographical location

between Mount Banahaw and Tayabas Bay during its first 161 years of

existence from 1582 to 1743. The heyday of the coconut industry in the

early 1900s resulted in the proliferation of lovely and awe inspiring ancestral

houses, some of which were designed by well-known Filipino and Spanish

architects. Three of them, the Don Catalino Rodriguez, the Gov. Natalio

Enriquez and the Gala - Rodriguez mansions have been declared by the
