ULASAN : Physical Teaching and Learning can be very challenging for

teachers and students especially during the Movement Control
Order (MCO) as many students and teachers are not allowed to
step out of their homes for some time to prevent the spread of
COVID-19.

Nonetheless, the teaching and learning session still needs to be

continued to prevent students from being left behind in their
studies. Thus, this short talk introduces a comfortable and easy to
use tool that can support online teaching and learning that is
called Zoom. Zoom is a web-based video conferencing tool with a
local, desktop client and a mobile app that allows users to meet
online, with or without video.

Academics, on the other hand, are using Zoom to engage with the
students for teaching, collaboration and sharing of knowledge.
With Zoom, teaching and learning become much easier,
interesting and it brings a new perspective to online learning in a
borderless environment.

IMPAK PADA DIRI / The Covid-19 outbreak has open our eyes to the concept of online
TUGAS HARIAN learning and how it plays an important role in our current
ANDA : education. This means that online learning is the next big thing in
education.

The talk helps me to understand that as educators, we are also

scholars, researchers and lifelong learners. It is our responsibility
as educators to be flexible and pursue reflective study as well as
do researches in order to achieve ongoing personal, academic,
occupational and professional growth.

One of them is to learn how to use web 2.0 tools such as Zoom as
with Zoom, teaching and learning become much easier, interesting
and it brings a new perspective to online learning in a borderless
environment.
