WRITING – Describe your exercise and health habits

I’m not in very good shape, but I exercise five or six time a week. I go bike riding every day, but I
have little time and I make short trips. Usually between 45 and 60 kilometers depending on the
time I have. When I have more time, usually on weekends I go bike riding, but I do longer distances
unlike the other days. Between 80 and 150 kilometers depending on the desire that I have hahaha.

In extreme cases I spend about 8 to 10 hours on the bike.

I also lift weights 3 or 4 times a week. I usually do it after bike riding. When I have virtual classes I
can´t do everything. I don’t have much time left for work.

With regard to food I have to do every day is eating a healthy food because must lose weight. At
breakfast and snack eat oat tortilla.

I’m learning to cook. The quarantine was my initiative. For the moment I learned to do sweet but
protein things. Cakes, alfajores, puddings without sugar or flour.
