WORKING WITH SIGMAWIN PROGRAM.

1- Setting direct access to SIGMAWIN program. Usually installing program sets direct
access to work with it, but in case you need to need to put it:

"C:\Program files\SigmaIDE\SigmaWinPlus\SigmaSw\Bin\SigmaWinPlus.exe"

2- Setting communication with YASKAWA driver.


2-1 You must connect your computer COM RS232 with CN6 of YASKAWA driver.
2-2 When program runs, it detects driver and shows:
i. ONLINE switch selected
ii. COMs of RS232 detected.
2-3 You can select COM you have connected: i.e. COM4.
2-4 Press buttom SEARCH.
2-5 It shows following window:
2-5.1 Select again COM you are going to use: i.e. COM4
2-5.2 Press Search buttom to start searching connected YASKAWA
drivers.

2-6 Program searching connected drivers shows:

2-7 Then you must click over line of driver found ( it changes colour to blue)
and press butom Connect.

3- When connection is set, it shows following screen:
3-1 Press this buttom to change table arm positioning parameters.

3-2 Program receives positioning table:


3-3 You can change acceleration of positioning line clicking over ACC column of line1.
Change acceleration, i.e. put to 4.
As you can see, acceleration window has a switch “Same as previous step”. You can set
it to work with same acceleration as in previous line.

4- To save these values, driver must be not released, so you need to press
emergency buttom.
4-1. Press over “Write” buttom to keep changes in RAM.
4-2. Then press over “Save” buttom to keep changes over FLASH ROM

May be you can repeat this procedure changing values acceleration values to set a
correct one witch don’t give problems.
