Pizza Pasta

Ingredients
500g Pasta of choice
½ cup Pizza Sauce Tomato Paste
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1/3 cup Kalamata Olives (sliced) plus 1 Tbsp Olive Juice
Different types of salami chopped up
1 Onion (diced)
1 tsp heaped of crushed garlic (jar)
½ Tbsp of mixed herbs
1 tsp of parsley flakes
½ tsp Chilli Flakes

Method
Bring large lidded pot of salt seasoned water to the boil (add pasta once boiling).
Meanwhile, heat oil in pan on low to medium heat, add onions and stir until translucent (turn heat
down if browning). Add garlic, mixed herbs and chilli flakes, stir for 30 seconds, add olives, olive juice
& salami and cook together for a minute.
Stir in pizza sauce and tinned tomatoes, 1/4 cup of water and simmer until pasta is done (10-15mins)
Mix sauce into pasta, serve with grated cheese/s of choice and parsley flakes.
