‫في هذا اليوم نرتدي مالبس جديدة ونأكل الكثير من الطعام والحلويات; ونزور العائلة واألصدقاء‬

‫يتلقى األطفال أيضًا هدايا وأموااًل من البالغين‬

Asalamualaikum. My name is Anousha. I am thirteen years and eight years old.
Today I will talk about a celebration in my religion and my country, which is Eid
al-Fitr

Eid al-Fitr is the first day of the month of Shawwal and the day following the last
day of Ramadan

On this day, we wear new clothes, eat lots of food and sweets, and visit family and
friends

Children also receive gifts and money from adults

Some of the traditional sweets eaten on this day are:

Jalebi, Gulab Jamun And Barfi

Writing task translation

Eid al-Adha is the tenth day of Dhu al-Hijjah and the day following Arafat

Muslims celebrate this event because it coincides with the event of the Prophet
Abraham (peace be upon him) who was asked to sacrifice his son who was then
replaced with a sheep

To remember this sacrifice, Muslims are required to sacrifice a sheep or goats and
divide the meat among the poor and their friends and families.

This year, on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, we had a barbecue party in our house

I wore new Eid clothes. It was traditional Pakistani clothes and the colors were
