HOW TO DEPOSIT ONLINE FEE OF NEW ENTRANTS

Institute Fee  The  New  entrants  may  deposit  Institute  fee  online  by  using 
internet  banking/debit‐cum  ATM  Card/Cash  payment  through 
bank. In case, cash option is opted, the online deposit slip has to 
be  generated  first  and  then  the  amount  is  to  be  deposited 
immediately  in  the  nearby  concerned  branch  of  SBI/PNB.  The 
procedure  for  operation  of  online  banking  for  our  both  banks  is 
given at Appendix‐I (PNB) and Appendix‐II (SBI). 
 

Online deposit slips is submitted directly at the counter of Finance 
& Accounts Office at the time of registration. 
 

Notes:  

1. In case on‐line deposit of fee is not possible, he/she is allowed to deposit fee through 
drafts in favour of Registrar, IIT Roorkee payable at Roorkee. 
 

2. In  case  of  any  problem  like  mismatch  of  fee  /category/status  shown  in  the  file 
available  online,  the  same  can  be  resolved  at  the  time  of  registration,  and  in  such 
case(s), fee through draft can be deposited at the time of registration. 
 
3. The  list  of  new  entrants  along  with  their  Registration  No.  and  program  allotted  for 
deposit of online‐fee, will be uploaded at the earliest or latested 18.7.2016.
