This shouldn't be a question anymore.

African Lions
Average height at shoulders = 100cms.
Average Head-Body length = 180cms.
Average weight = 185kgs ; Range = 140-251kgs, upto 272kgs (unreliable)
187.5kgs ; Range = 180 to 225kgs (Based on modern
data only, measured by scientists, most reliable)
Maximum recorded in wild = 313kgs (Official
Guinness world record for biggest lion in wild).

Bengal Tigers
Average height at shoulders = 100cms.
Average Head-Body length = 190cms.
Average weight = 210kgs ; Range = 150-272kgs+ (including subadults), upto 320kgs
= 220kgs ; Range = 200-272kgs+ (Based on modern data
only, measured by scientists, most reliable)
Highest recorded in wild = 389kgs (Official
Guinness world record for biggest cat ever recorded in wild).

Siberian Tigers -
Average height at shoulders = 95cms.
Average Head-Body length = 187cms.
Average weight = 203kgs ; Range = 155-254kgs (Including subadults), upto 306kgs
= 190kgs ; Range = 155-212kgs (Based on modern data
only, measured by scientists, most reliable)
Highest recorded in wild = 325kgs .

NOTE - Alot of differences in weights and dimensions are seen if subspecies are
taken into consideration (eg- Terai Bengal Tigers, or Namibian Lions, etc)

Regarding muscle mass,

There is almost no data to reach any conclusions.
A sample of 17 African Lions had average muscle mass of 58%.
Only 2 male Siberian tigers and 3 Females have ever been studied for muscle mass.
They had average muscle mass 57.49% but the sample is too less to generalise
anything.
There is ZERO DATA for muscle mass of Bengals, but by looking at their lifestyle
and habitat they live in, they will definitely have more muscle mass than lions,
and around same/lesser body fats. Bengals dont need fats, just like Lions. They
live in areas where ambient temperature reaches 45 C on average in summers.

Natgeo 2019 - "Unlike Lions, the second largest of the big cats, Tigers have more
muscle mass and are therefore heavier."
Maybe based on some new unpublished data, but Natgeo is very reliable. So yeah I'll
go by that.
Another explanation is that Bengals are 25-30kgs heavier on average, but dimensions
like height, length dont differ much leaving only one reason, superior musculature.
