Subject: Presentment of Appointment letter as Proof of Experience

R/Sir,

Whereas, I Mr. Shahab Ali Noor S/O Noor Ali, applicant for the post of English Lecturer (BS-17) in
the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Islamabad, bearing Roll No. 013764, Case
No: F4-174/2019 R. Consequent upon my test, and after preliminary eligibility, was notified by the FPSC,
for documents submission.

Whereas, all the pre-requisite documents, are hereby furnished except, 01 experience certificate
which has yet to be received by me, due to closure of Government College of Technology Since COVID-
19 Pandemic outbreak, Where, I served as Lecturer English for the session 2019-2020 on contingent
basis starting from 12 September, 2019 to April, 30, 2020. For, the reason aforementioned, my
experience certificate could not be issued until the college reopens.

Therefore, I appeal, to kindly, consider my offer letter, photocopy as a proof of experience.

Furthermore, I shall be at your disposal should you need any further information.
