Abortion is not a murder

Abortion takes place during the early stage of the first trimester of the pregnancy, it is where
the fertilized egg rapidly divides into layers of cells and implants in the wall of the womb, this is called
the embryo, thus, it is not a human life. This leads to the statement of Linda Lowen, according to her,
“The concept of personhood is different from the concept of human life. Human life occurs at
conception, but fertilized eggs used in vitro fertilization are also human lives and those not implanted
are routinely thrown away.”, in this situation can we call it a murder? If not, how is abortion a murder?
