Dear Yisus XD

I’ve given your problem a lot of thought and I’ve come up with a solution
maybe you should speak directly with him advise him to take care of his work
because opportunities are not that easy. he must strive to exceed
expectations. It ’s not enough to do the minimum to keep a job, your boss
will find another one that will do it better.
Something else you can try to motivate him, don't criticize him for what he's
doing wrong, get him to join the team.
