ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE

Laboratory Session #2 – 2020 - II

Date :​ Monday September 21st 2020
Schedule :​ 7:00 pm -10:00 pm

Homework details:

1. Each group will present 5 complete photogrammetry projects. The objects and
structures to be modeled are the following:
○ 2 isolated objects.
○ 2 interiors of a room or garden.
○ 1 facade of a building (can be a house or another building).
The projects must be uploaded in .psz format. The modeled objects or
structures should have a correct scale and axis orientation. The Agisoft files
must show all the stages of the Workflow.
○ Point Cloud
○ Dense Cloud
○ Mesh
○ Textured Model

2. In groups, the students will model the corresponding section of the O'Higgins
house in Revit. They must follow the steps indicated in the laboratory session,
modeling the structural elements and simple architectural details (doors,
windows, cornices, etc.). The final project must be submitted in .rvt format
together with the files of the families used (.rfa format). The highest degree of
information that the project has (materials, details, painting, etc.) will be valued.

3. A group report related to the topics discussed in the session and the HBIM
modeling and photogrammetry projects developed should be written and
uploaded to the Paideia platform. Follow the scheme proposed below.
