    ORDER

    Prior to the Hearing, the State informed the Court they wished to proceed on the Lesser
    included offense of Felony Murder for purpose of today's preliminary hearing.

    The Court, having heard the evidence in a Preliminary Hearing, finds probable cause
    that the lesser included offense of Felony Murder was committed by the Defendant and
    binds the Defendant over to the Grand Jury. Bond shall be set at $150,000.00
