Scope and Limitation of the Study

The study focuses on the proposed residential and commercial hub which includes the
physical, environmental, social, and Economical aspects of the project.
This study comprises the following:
1. Architectural Planning and Design

2. Site Planning

3. Sustainable application though its design and material

4. Project Cost and Return of Investment

The scopes of the development of the project are the following:

1. Mixed use apartment complex

2. Commercial center

3. Recreational areas

Delimitations
The proponent focused his study on the architectural aspects but utilized vital facts so
that it supported the concept or as required. This study was limited on details regarding
engineering works such as detailed mechanical, electrical, structural, seismic analysis on the
reaction of the structure to an earthquake, plumbing, sanitary designs, and specifications writing
of materials used unless supporting details were provided to support the design concept.

The study will concentrate on the on spaces in tourism industry to analyze the function that may provide
new idea for an innovation in architecture.  The proponent will conduct an analysis for the spaces
provided by tourism.  The research will also analyze the areas in an agriculture land that may provide
potential site for tourism.

The study will only discuss the analysis about the features on productivity and issues in tourism industry.
 The researcher will only consider the factors that affect the facilities and spaces of tourism that result
to flooding and result of inconsistency.
