+ ee LAHORE, SATURDAY, MAY 31, 1986 = sate ee PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF THE PUNJAB NOTIFICATION ‘The 31si May, 1986 No, PAP/Legis-2(19)/86/12, ‘The Punjab Jinnah Abadis for Non-proprietors in Rural areas Bill, 1986, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab on the 26th day of May, 1986, and assented to by the Governor on the 31st day of May, 1986, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab:- THE PUNJAB JINNAH ABADIS FOR NON-PROPRIETORS IN RURAL AREAS BILL, 1986 PUNJAB ACT Ill OF 1986 (First published, after having been received the assent of the Governor of the Punjab, in the Gazette of the Punjab (Extraordinary), dated the 31st May, 1986). if AN ACT to amend for housing facilities to non-proprietors in the rural areas of the Punjab, WHEREAS it is expedient to make provisions for providing housing facilities to non-proprietors in the rural areas of the Punjab and to provide for matters connected therewith or ancillary thereto; It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. Re-entry. 7, (1) Where land has been resumed under the provisions of section 6, the Collector may issue an order requiring the tee to remove all buildings, structures and other property belonging to him from the site and to deliver vacant possess- ‘on of the site to the Collector within a period not exceeding ‘one month from the date of the order.
