Practical Session Fifteen- Creatinine Clearance

Objectives of this practical:

 To learn the procedure for the collection of 24 hour urine sample


 To understand how to calculate clearance
 To understand how to calculate body surface area
 To understand the use of the Cockcroft and Gault equation for calculation of
creatinine clearance and to compare the result with the convention method of
calculation
