A. Find an example document of goods declaration and observe the information required
therein.

This is an example of goods declaration. As we can see in the image the importer or
exporter of the goods must fill up all the necessary details of the form for it to indicate
with kind of goods or shipment he or she lodge. It contain the personal information of the
person who is liable for the goods and types and quantity of the goods for it to be easily
determine and processes to the system.
