Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writting to complain about an incident that took place last week at your vending machine selling books
at a train station in New York. The incident has left me without my money and book, that I wanted to read
on the train.

On the midday of Tuesday 26th May I inserted my money into vending machine in order to get a book about
nature. I selected that book number, but the machine immediately stopped working and on the screen
showed up an error code.

I contacted your company by given phone number on the side of a machine and help center informed me
that they could see no reason why the machine had took my 50 $ and didn’t give me a book or any change,
because price of that book was only 25 $. They then informed me that they will call me after five working
days, but it never happened.

I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received from your company. I demand a refund and
apology, because my train trip was ruined and lost my money for dinner. I would be very grateful to get a
full refund as soon as possible.
