SUBJECT : RURAL BANK OF SANTOL (LA UNION), INC.

DATE : March 13, 2007

Effective immediately, all Aut horized Agent Banks (AABs) are hereby
advised not to accept RURAL BANK OF SANTOL (LA UNION), INC. checks
in payment of internal revenue taxes in view of the letter dated February 22, 2007
of Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) informing the Bureau of
Internal Revenue that it has prohibited RURAL BANK OF SANTOL (LA
UNION), INC. with Head Office address at Corro-oy, Santol, La Union from
doing business in the Philippines and placing the same under receivership with the
PDIC as designated Receiver.

The Bank has three (3) branches, located at the following addresses:

BRANCH ADDRESS
Balaon Balaon, La Union
Bangar Bangar, La Union
Tagudin Tagudin, La Union
