How to register on the learning platform of the Virtual Academy of

Sustainability

1. Register for becoming a new user

Please use the following link in order to register. You can also change the language into
English before you start the registration process.

2. Accepting the terms of use

Please accept the terms of use by clicking on „I accept”. You can now enter your name
and e-mail, and set up a user name and a password (you can decide individually which
password you would like to use for the platform).

3. Confirm your registration

You will then receive an e-mail sent to you by the Stud.IP system. Please click on the link
you find in the e-mail and confirm your registration.

4. How to add courses to your portfolio

After logging in, you can add courses to your learning portfolio. Click on the tab “courses”
and then chose “Veranstaltungen suchen/hinzufügen”.

Please enter the name of the course in order to find it. If you chose a German course,
please enter the German title.

5. How to become a member of the respective course

To become a member of the course click on the name of the course and then on „Go to
course“ on the left part of the page.

You will receive the following message: “You have assigned to course X as author”..

6. How to access the material for the course:

You can now access all material of the course and may participate in a mock exam:
