I am a student on the verge of completing 2nd year (VI trimester)

At National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

The current business dynamic has increased the relevance of commercial laws manifold. Despite the
rapidly advancement of business the college education on commercial laws cannot provide enough
knowledge and background on such laws. Thus the importance and relevance of CBCL gets
highlighted.

I am writing this statement of purpose to explore the possibility of being a member in Centre for
Business and Commercial Laws. I am interested to pursue research works in corporate filed. I am
fully aware of the commitment, intellectual ability and dedication that the cell expects of this
member while working along and I assure you that given this wonderful opportunity, you shall not
find my wanting on any of these counts. I firmly believe that my aptitude and motivation will see me
through the challenge.

Corporate law is my filed of interest and that was the very reason for me to choose law. Presently I
am working on research paper regarding the same.

Such an amalgamation would help me grow intellectually and would improve my work with time and
is possible if I work under this cell, I look forward to work under the esteemed guidance of the senior
members.
