Vegetarianism

Vegetarianism is the practice of withholding from eating all types of meat like as red meat,

poultry, seafood, and the flesh of any other animal. Also, vegetarianism includes abstention from

by-products of animal slaughter. Mainly vegetarian eats fruits and vegetables. Vegetarianism

may be adopted for various reasons. Many people object to eating meat out of respect for

sentient life. For example, some people do not eat meat because of their religion or cultural

tradition. In Islam, people do not eat the meat of pigs. Other people respect the animals such an

important member of nature and they do not want to kill them. There are variations of the diet as

well: an ovo-lacto vegetarian diet includes both eggs and dairy products, an ovo-vegetarian diet

includes eggs but not dairy products, and a lacto-vegetarian diet includes dairy products but not

eggs. Personally, I am not vegetarian. I can not imagine my life without meat. Few times I tried

to become vegetarian but without meat, I feel hungry. I know that meat makes a person old but it

is a delicious ingredient for food. Giving as an example, Kyrgyz people could not feel

comfortable without eating meat. Vegetarianism is important for some people. In medicine, some

professors say that vegetarian people do not have cancer. Veterinarian people help animals in

nature. In conclusion, vegetarianism is a religious law for many people. I do not want to be

vegetarian because I like to eat meat. Meat protects people from some diseases. By the way,

people who do not eat animals say that their bodies are full of energy and power. There is an

opinion that each group of blood needs particular vitamins. That is why some people need meat.

Some of my friends do not even remember the taste of meat. Everyone is free to choose how to

live, what to do, and what to eat.
