you as soon as possible of their holiday plans.

Dear colleagues,
Could I remind you all to inform me your holiday plans in this upcoming week? So that I would be
able to assign everyone’s tasks accordingly. It would be highly appreciated if you could inform me
at the earliest opportunity or by next Tuesday. Thank you in advance and happy holiday.
