1. Can all the private sector concepts be applied or used in the public sector?

examples and state reasons for your answer. 

Private sector concepts cannot be used in public sector due to the fact that each if these two
sectors have different types of organisational environment, structures, function and
managerial values which they do every day. For example, in the private sector the budgeting
creates the amount needed to earn which makes profit whereas in the public sectors
budgets come in through taxes paid by government to the people.

2. Check with your Government officials from your country and state what are some of the
reasons for public sector reforms and who are the drivers of these reforms.
