Please discuss the following during Homeroom, September 17, 2020

Guidelines for the Online Examination
1. The examination will be done through online via Google Form due to the
following reasons:
a. Health and Safety of those people who will get and submit the test papers.
b. Convenience on the part of parents and guardian (no long lines, traffic
etc.)
c. Senior High School Students are not allowed to enter the school campus
to get the exam papers.
d. Students can concentrate and focus on the exam.
e. To save time, effort and financial reasons.
f. Results of the examination will be given to the students at the earliest
time.
g. For uniformity of mode of exam
h. Images are clearly presented through online exam.

Reminders for Teachers:

1. Advisers must explain the reasons of having an online examination via google
form.
2. There should be a simulation on how to use google form prior to the examination
days.
3. Inform the students about the types of test, number of items and exam schedule.
4. There is a Special Exam for those who cannot take the examination due to valid
reasons e.g. sickness, emergency, loss of internet connection, etc. Schedule will
be announced soon.
