1. What is Productivity in your description? Is it a culture?

 
Productivity, productive power, or productivity are terms in production activities as a
comparison between outputs and inputs. [1] According to Herjanto, productivity is a measure
that states how well resources are managed and utilized to achieve optimal results. [2]
Productivity can be used as a benchmark for the success of an industry or SME in producing
goods or services, whether including the culture of the answer is not.

2. Does high level of Productivity contribute to the size of a country’s economy?


Yes, Economic growth is a process of changing a country's economic conditions on an
ongoing basis towards better conditions for a certain period. Economic growth can also be
interpreted as a process of increasing the production capacity of an economy that is realized in
the form of an increase in national income. The existence of economic growth is an indication of
the success of economic development in people's lives. Economic growth shows the growth of
production of goods and services in an economic region within a certain time interval. The
higher the rate of economic growth, the faster the process of increasing regional output so that
the prospects for regional development are better. By knowing the sources of economic growth,
the priority development sectors can be determined. According to Todaro and Smith (2004) there
are three main factors or components that influence economic growth, namely capital
accumulation, growth in population, and technological progress. [1]
3. With the emphasis on Human Capital in our next 5-year government, can this plan
improve our people’s productivity? Do you think this plan will meet the challenge of the culture
of Indonesian people?
Yes, this will affect the productivity of society in the next 5 years, because the higher the
human resources will increase the creativity of work that has an impact on the economic progress
of a country
