The students enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Economics of our

University are invited to join the Regional Seminar with a theme, “Enhancing Economics of
Education of the Region Through Financial Literacy” to be held at GCM foundation
Building in Vinzons, Camarines Norte on August 13, 2010.

This seminar aims to equip the participants’ vital information about capital market and let them
know how Central Bank of the Philippines operates in Bicol and shapes the region’s economy in
particular and the country as a whole. Moreover, it is geared towards the enlightenment on how
they could earn in the stock market.

Relevant to this, may I ask for your benevolent financial support so I would be able to defray all
the expenses, such as the registration fee and the transportation cost. I am indeed interested to
join in this significant endeavor so I am hoping that through your help I could really participate.
