Schools Division Superintendent Chiefs, Curriculum Implementation and School Governance and Operations Divisions Education Program Supervisors Cluster Heads Elementary & Secondary School Heads ‘This Division 1. Please be informed that the 2"! Quarter Division Monitoring, Evaluation and Plan Adjustment (DMEPA) is scheduled on July 10, 2020 via Google Meet online videoconferencing which will start at 8:00 o’clock in the morning. 2. The activity shall focus on achieving the following objectives: 2.1 Discuss the readiness of schools in terms of learning modality preparations for the opening of classes; 2.2 Review the divisions’ initial progress of performance relative to the 12 strategic objectives of the region; 2.3 Present the status of the department’s programs, projects and activities on physical and financial plans versus accomplishment for the 2h quarter; 2.4 Discuss issues, gaps and bottlenecks affecting the implementation of programs, projects, activities and innovation related to enrolment and choices of learners vis-a-vis learning modality choices and agreed corrective actions for improvement; and 2.5 Discuss current policies, programs and initiatives affecting basic education implementation for top management decision. 3. Participants from the Division Office are the Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendents, Chiefs of CID and SGOD, Education Program Supervisors, all members of SGOD, all section heads, Cluster Heads and all Secondary School Heads. 3. _ The Lead Discussants during the DMEPA shall be the SGOD and CID Chiefs while all Division Education Program Supervisors shall be the Interpellators (Panelists). The undersigned and the OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent shall also form part of the panel. Each Presenter shall observe the 15 - minute time allocation and shall have a maximum of 15 slides highlighting the most significant changes contributing to the implementation of the various programs aligned to the theme in focus to present while interpellators shall have a combined ten (10) minutes to clarify issues/concerns/questions related the same. 5. _ Attached is the Tool Kit for 2" Quarter DMEPA for reference and guidance of all concerned. 6.
