2. Discuss the outcomes of the school's operations and targets with the planning process
practised by the school leader. Specifically, discuss the impact of the planning process to
the basic education operations.
 Base on my personal observation, I could say that our school leader do practice Strategic
Planning. Her use of strategic planning to achieve the broad goals of improving student
outcomes for example, and responding to change like in this difficult times where we
need to produce Capslet for thousands of students, Strategic Plans in mobilizing the
resources needed to take those actions while staying within the funding box of the school
was successfully implemented.
 Our school leader have proactively use strategic planning process to genuinely include
and involve parents and other constituents. Our School leader believes that community
engagement and support both functionally and legislatively will help the school achieve
its goals. She know that without community support and the insight that comes with
community engagement her strategic plans are likely to fail.
 “Strategy is not a starting point, it’s a process and a collaborative one at that.  It is not
written in stone, nor is it ever truly complete.  It evolves over time, becomes stronger as
it adapts to new challenges even as it remains true to its core principles. Good strategy
is never being, it is always becoming. ~ Greg Satell”
 As a brief example, these lines of Greg Satel best defines our school leader’s response to
the New Normal Education. Through the use of Strategic Planning we are able to adopt
and cope with the changes in the basic educations operations in the New Normal
Education.
