1. The suitability of journal titles with journal contents
is good enough, that is, analyzing the effect of
operating flow and net income has a relationship with
cash dividends in private companies listed on the IDX,
the author has explained the importance of paying
attention and benchmarking by a company in making
decisions in paying. cash dividends.
2. In this journal, it is also adhered to, the number of
samples taken to be researched, the variables used, and
the research methods, through financial information
through the flow of operations, describing the
objectives, the number of samples taken for research,
the variables used and the research methods.
3. In addition, the purpose of this study is to test
empirically the effect of operating flow on cash
dividends in property companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2015
period, and to empirically test the effect of net income
on cash dividends in property companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2015
period and to test the effect of operating cash flow and
net income on cash dividends in property companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the
2013-2015 period.
4. The ideas taken are quite important because for
companies, the results of this study can be used as
information to determine the relationship between
operating flow and net income to dividends so that they
can make better decisions to determine policies in
dividend distribution, while for investors, the results of
this investigation can used as a tool to first ascertain
the condition of the company's performance before
deciding to assess the report
