INFINITEA
Infinitea is a food service company established in
2010, specializing in healthy milk tea. The
concept is inspired mainly by Asia’s unique
culture of tea drinking – which in many Asian
countries, is an important part of a ceremony in
entertaining customers, that reflects a sign of
respect and value for the guests.
PRODUCTION AREA/ KITCHEN
1.Do all the kitchen staff wear Proper Protective Equipment
(PPE)? (Example: hairnet, apron, towels, clog shoes)
2.Are all kitchen equipment arranged accordingly based
on its usage?
3.Do the staff inspect the equipment regularly?
4.Is the kitchen being cleaned and sanitized regularly?
5.Do you have safety devices (e.g fire extinguisher) present
inside the production area?
6.Was there an instance before, where an employee had a
burn or cut while cooking or frying?
Exterior area
1.Do you put anti – slip mats on surfaces before entering the
store?
2.In the midst of pandemic do you implement the new protocols
before entering the store? (Example: Fill – up of form for
contract tracing, Social Distancing, Sanitizing and etc.)
3.Are there security cameras outside the store for monitoring?
4.Do you have security guards?
5.Do you keep your parking lots and sidewalk clean?
Storage area
1.Do you monitor your inventory regularly? (Including the bad
merchandise)
2.Do you follow the FIFO POLICY?
3.Does the packaged item have its complete details? (example:
Product Identity Name, Net Content, Ingredients list, name
of the manufacturer, packer, expiration date)
4.Are their different storages for biodegradable and non –
biodegradable items?
5.Do you follow the necessary measures (Example:
temperature of the area)
Garbage Storage area
1. Do you dispose of garbage regularly?
2. Do you implement the segregation of garbage policy?
(Specifically biodegradable, non – biodegradble)
3. Do you use clean and sanitize the garbage bin after the
collectors collected the trash?
4. Do you implement a garbage bin inside and outside of the
store?
5. Do the staff use safety tools while disposing of trash?
(Example:Rubber Gloves, Tongs, etc.)

Property AREA
1. Does the staffs have the access in opening and closing the store?
(If yes how many)
2. Is their a security system inside the store/establishment) (If yes
what are those?)
3. Is there signage of “staff only allowed” to prevent unknown
people in accessing the area?
4. Do you conduct monthly checks for you equipment, furniture and
electricity?
5. Are confidential informations are located in a secred location?
(Example: Recipes, Financial Information and etc.)
Personal & guests AREA
1. Does the owner implement instructions to the staffs before,
during and after the service? (If yes what are those give at
least 3)
2. Do you install safety devices in the guest area for emergency
purposes? (Example: Smoke Detector, Sprinkler and etc)
3. Are their exit maps that is being post on the door or wall in case
of emergency?
4.Do you always ensure the safety of the customer inside the store?
(If yes what are the procedure, and how is it implemented?)
5.Do you install security devices for monitoring the security and
safety of the staffs and customer?
Proprietary information
1.Do you track on who has the access to proprietary access?

2. Do you have confidentiality policy and prohibions against


disclosing proprietary information?

3.Are the hard copies of proprietary information located inside the


store?

4.Are their restrictions for the employees who hold this


information? (If yes, what are those)

5.Do you require third parties to sign non disclosure agreements?


(Example: Suppliers, Distributors,Manufacturer)
