Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writing to complain about staying at your hotel “Westfield” " where
together with my friends we lived on March 7th. Unfortunately, the holiday was
spoilt.

Firstly, there was an information about the possibility of ordering dinner in the
room on your website. However, we were very disappointed when it turned out
that in the evenings the kitchen was not working and we could only eat in the
morning, since your hotel serves only breakfast. But we paid for several meals.
Another disappointing factor was the fact that some building was being built
near your hotel. Why weren’t we warned in advance that we would have to
wake up due to the noise at 7.30? We would book another hotel.
But the most disgusting thing that outraged me the most was that there was not
a single reception manager who we could contact with all our problems. I really
wanted to write a complaint, but I did not find anyone from whom I could ask
for a complaints book
I feel strongly that if you update the information on your website, your visitors
will feel much more convenient. Moreover, it would be great if you solve the
noise problem in the morning and change the dining room schedule. The main
thing is that there is someone to address with problems and therefore try to
make sure that the manager is always at the workplace.

Under the circumstances, I believe that you will pay attention to my letter. I
look forward to hearing your views on this matter.
