1. Householder Application for Planning Permission

Please complete this checklist and submit it with your application.

Applications must contain completed forms, plans, drawings and associated documents.

Further information may be requested during the processing of your application.

B. Local Requirements
Biodiversity Survey and Report
(only required where the scale or siting of the extension would have possible impacts on wildlife and
biodiversity - see item 3 of the Local List)
Daylight / sunlight assessment
(only required in circumstances described in item 4 of the Local List)
Flood risk assessment
(required for sites within flood zone 2 and / or 3, development (including boundary walls) within 9 metres of
the top of a bank of a main river, where the development includes culverting or control of the flow of river or
stream. See item 7 of the Local List)
Land Contamination assessment
(only required where land is known or suspected or the proposed use is especially vulnerable – see item 10
of the Local List)
Noise Impact assessment
(only required in the circumstances described in item 13 of the Local List)
Parking Provision
(requirements detailed in application form, see item 15 of the Local List for cycle parking provision
requirements)
Planning Statement
(short written justification for the proposal, including any details of consultation with neighbours)
Tree survey / Arboricultural implications
(see item 26 of the Local List)
