2. what's the different between accreditation and cerification? Accreditation is refered to quality managerment and technical
audition. Certification is reffered to only document of results and they are not ensured about technical.
3. ISO 17025 set up from janaury 2020 until December 2022 with Water and Food Microbiology (must done).

Problems:
TS broth run out off stock and food analysis has met TS crisis.
Cleaned Tube has not enough for using in production, since tube cleaner return
tube late since he wash not on time. By the ways, media producer didn't follow up
with him reqularly.
Solutions:
Mr.Seyha need to write Non-comformity sheet after he come back on Tuesday.
Brother Vuthy need to reminds Seyha to ask Mr.thea about tube cleaning reqularly.
Note that a week in case we have transferred twice times so we need to take one time cleaned tube from him back. Moreove
cleaned tube and tube cleaner, he cannot transfer tube to us on time, media producer or people who related need to release
Seyha need to add TS, ED, Steril Tube, NaCl to stock inventory.
Seyha need to do inventory on total Tube and Flask in using stock.
To prevent wasting Media so media producer need to prepare EPT broth (750-800 ml) in 1L flask for using with 3 food sample
Since we have lack quantity of flask 1L ,Seyha need to use flask 500ml some for Yeast Extract
and some for TCS.
Reception, she has no concentration on her work.
So all LEFS staff are not allowed to come and talk about useless things with her while she is typing
results or register samples
From now when we find Characteristic Colony need to pick up 5 to isolate on TCS. Then take only
1 plate (C1) to do oxydase--> Api-20E and other 4 plates need to keep in fridge during waiting C1
identify.
In case we can not catch Salmonella in C1 then we need to take those 4 CC plates to re-isolated and do
oxydase--> Api-20E at the same time.
water and food analysis need to clear waste plates reqularly after result release.
Ms. Charkya need to order insect spray for using in that room.
Related to last week mr.Chea (Virology staff) entry our lab without permission and lab uniform.
To prevent this security problem Ms.Sopheak need to print one more No entry without duty in Khmer version and stick it in la
and stick on lab door.
Problems:
Since on february control, the result was not accurated and acceptable.Espacially, culture media room.
Solutions:
Food&water technician need to manage time take media prevent entry media room during media pouring.
Controllers need to control air flow in their rooms during do control. And prevent people
qauntity during control time.
Seyha need to prepare space for storage VF and Yeast Exact at oven side for water analyzer .
Gas supply flow in lab is not work sometimes.
Ms. Sopheak need to ask security team to fix this problem.
LEFS staff can request Enlish/ French learning with reason that support request to Head LEFS.
Problems:
Ms. Sreyneath forget her permance duty on 01/03/2020.
Water analysis parts missed and delay time of identify. And Some water samples has requested for Coliform and E-coli.
Solutions:
Repeated analysis on sample that has problem with Coliform and E-coli.
to prevent this case happen again, the person who responsible on duty need to take note about date of their
permenance on Callendar or their cell phone. And partner who responsible on same day should remind his/her partner via sm
Water & Food analyzer need to defined the optimal time for fix time permenance duty next.
She will arrive lab on 12/03/2020.
Ms. Sopheak need to add her to next Saturday plan shcedule.
Next, Lab cannot close both Phum Ben & Khmer New Year so LEFS need to choose one occasion to close lab.

After autoclave media producer need to check media's cap and make sure that the cap closed tightly.
Moreover, wash hands with alcohol before close media's cap.
