File is taken up today as the functioning of the Court was suspended
on last date of hearing due to COVID-19 Pandemic by the order of
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Present: None.

Vide Office Order no. 26/DHC/2020 dated 30.07.2020,

issued by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, it is directed that the subordinate
Courts shall take up all the cases listed before them through VC,
however, evidence shall be recorded only in ex-parte and uncontested
matters where the same is required to be tendered by way of affidavit.
Vide Office Order No.322/RG/DHC/2020 dated 15.08.2020, directions
laid down in order dated 30.07.2020 have been directed to be followed.
The case is fixed for evidence and the same can not be
tendered by way of affidavit. The matter cannot be taken up through VC
as directed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
Matter be put up for evidence on 09.12.2020.
