The differences between the dormitory on-campus and off-campus:

Dormitory on-campus:
Dormitory fee: 1200 yuan per month per student (single room)
600 yuan per month per student (double room)
Equipments in the room: air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, water heater, shower, bed,
desk, chair, wardrobe, free internet. Public kitchen and public washing machine
(coin-operated) are also provided.
Equipments around: Canteen, a small supermarket
Distance: 5mins’ walk from dorm to classrooms.

Accommodation fee includes water bill, but excludes electricity bill.

Electricity fee: 0.6 yuan per kilowatt-hour

Dormitory off-campus:
Dormitory fee: 700~800 yuan per month (single room)
Equipments in the room: air conditioner, water heater, shower, bed, desk, chair,
wardrobe, free internet. BUT no TV, no refrigerator, no public kitchen and no
public washing machine. The students should wash clothes by themselves or in the
laundry nearby.
Equipments around: Variety of shops and restaurants
Distance: 30mins’ walk or 5-10mins’ ride from dorm to classrooms.

Accommodation fee excludes water bill and electricity bill.

Electricity fee: 1 yuan per kilowatt-hour
Water fee: 2 yuan per ton

If go on foot, it costs about 20 minutes from the off-campus dormitory to the

classroom. If by bicycle, it costs about 10 minutes
