Focusing on tx, don't need to know everything about the disease. Are we doing
surgery or not.
Recognize emergent situation (High BP), preop things needed, when to give abx
(before, or after)

Need things from last test to build. Ancef, preop eval, what fluid to give, need to
know the last test stuff.
